Pastor’s Sabbatical – May 21st – August 31st

Our pastor, the Rev. Dr. Jacquelyn Foster is on sabbatical this summer, starting Monday, May 21st through Monday, August 31st. This is a change from earlier post, Jacque’s sabbatical has been extended by 2 weeks.

Our pastor’s ministry includes caring for individuals and families in crisis during all hours of the day and night, leading meetings, studying The Word, keeping current with events in today’s world and speaking into the hearts and lives of our members, our church and our community. A sabbatical is vital to the health of both our pastor and our congregation.

Each Sunday during Jacque’s sabbatical, one of six members who are ordained ministers will share their spiritual gifts and lead us in worship. See the “Ministry Staff” page for more information about the Compton Heights members who will be serving as our sabbatical pastors.
